JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title Support Specialist I 5097
Location Greer, SC 29651 (On-site)
Duration Long-term Assignment
Work from home: 10-20% can work from home but this would be after onboarding phase.
Hours: 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
Nice to have requirements: German language skills would be a plus. Previous Automotive experience would be a plus. Concur or SAP experience would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
This position will support 3 Department Managers within Real Estate, Facility Management & Energy and Construction Projects. At the end of calendar year will only need to support 2 Department Managers. This role will be responsible for following up on shopping carts approval and PO releases. This person will also schedule and coordinate travel for the Department Managers. This position will sit at the Site Operations Center (SOC building). "
Qualification Notes:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and familiarity with SAP is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary : $28 - $33
