"RESPONSIBILITIES
•To support the chiller product application department in China and Asia market to ensure product matching with customer needs.
•To assist the sales team in technical training of the products.
•To prepare and collate relevant technical documents, such as application manuals and technical specifications.
•To collect market feedback, analyze customer needs and provide reference suggestions for product improvement and technical innovation.
•To complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in HVAC, refrigeration, thermal energy and other related fields.
• 0-2 years of experience as a technical support or application engineer for chillers or related equipment.
• Understand the working principle and application of chiller and its supporting system.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work closely with different departments.
• Good English reading and writing skills, able to understand and use relevant English technical information."
