An Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager is required to join a leading provider of fluid power solutions for industries such as oil & gas and manufacturing. The company specializes in hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and filtration products such as Valves, Connectors, Hoses, Cylinders, Fittings, and Pumps.
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual Sales Representative to expand market presence, drive sales efforts, and foster relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. This position requires travel and is based in Pewaukee, WI.

Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Drive sales by retaining existing clients and identifying new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
Analyze customer needs to provide tailored product recommendations and close sales with well-prepared proposals.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop specifications that meet customer requirements.
Actively manage sales activity, initiate calls, and present solutions to potential clients.
Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, customer information, and sales performance to meet targets.
Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Requirements:
Experience in a Sales / Business development position is essential.
Industrial sales experience with fluid power products such as Pumps, Valves, Cylinders, Hoses, fittings, connectors, etc.
Working knowledge and understanding of industrial products, including hydraulic and mechanical knowledge of HPUs
Technical product experience and strong mechanical aptitude.
Working knowledge of industrial customers, including: assembly, fabrication, manufacturing, power units, and lubrication.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
