The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and service activities for plant air centrifugal equipment within the Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming territories. This role involves a blend of supporting a major distributor and direct customer engagement, requiring a proactive approach to strategizing, prospecting, and relationship development to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share.

Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales of equipment, service contracts, and complete compressed air solutions to end-users and partners within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Work closely with service and engineering teams to deliver customised, value-driven solutions, including turnkey systems and rental equipment.
- Stay current on product developments and industry trends to support strategic selling and exceed performance targets.
- Ensure accurate CRM data entry, proper documentation of orders, and compliance with safety and service standards throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
- Experience in an Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development/ Outside Sales Manager / Sales Engineer position is essential.
- Have sold Air compressor products such as, oil-free rotary screw compressors and centrifugal compressors, catering to industries such as life sciences, food and beverage, clean energy, industrial manufacturing, and infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or equivalent
