We are looking for a Lead Quality Engineer / Quality Manager to join a leading Engineering/Manufacturing business who supply to the Oil & Gas and Aerospace industries. You will ensure products and processes meet high standards. This role involves collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in quality engineering and a strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards.

Lead Quality Engineer / Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers.
- Manage workloads and ensure quality goals are met.
- Oversee product quality throughout its lifecycle.
- Develop training programs on quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and drive corrective actions.
- Investigate critical quality issues and implement solutions.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
- Develop and enforce quality processes and standards.
Lead Quality Engineer / Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer Requirements:
- 10 years in quality engineering.
- Experience supervising a Quality Engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100
- Experience with DOE, FMEA, root cause analysis, and quality planning.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
