Sales Manager / Branch Manager / Inside Sales Manager Role
- Responsible for leading the internal sales team to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance across the board for flow control related products such as valves, actuators, regulators, filters, hydraulics, pneumatics and related mechanical engineering products. Full product Training Provided.
- Support both inside and outside sales engineer with strategies to market and technical knowledge
- Actively partner with other managers within the business to provide and implement successful strategy
- Implement strategy that is seasonal to maintain and improve motivation throughout the sales team and branch.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Commutable to the office daily near Antioch, IL.
