Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced RN Home Health Administrator to join our team! As the Administrator, you will develop business strategies and objectives, provide leadership, and oversee operations. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure the company meets goals and increases profitability. The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader with excellent business acumen and a strong vision for the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and directing the agency’s day-to-day operations according to approved policies, procedures, and standards
Responsibilities :
Create and implement short and long-term business strategies
Identify and address company weaknesses
Provide leadership and foster employee engagement
Promote the company’s vision, mission, and company values
Oversee all operations
Evaluate, track, and report on company performance and goals
Qualifications :
Licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) in state(s) serviced by the agency strongly preferred or Bachelor’s health related field required
Minimum of 3 years recent Medicare certified home health and / or hospice agency experience strongly preferred
Training and experience in health service administration and at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care and / or hospice or related health programs preferred
Previous budget and profit & loss statement management experience required
Extensive knowledge and understanding of federal & state laws and guidelines pertaining to Medicare required
Proven success in revenue growth and in the development and execution of market planning
High level management skills including conflict management, negotiation, team building, communication, budget administration and coaching / mentoring others
Excellent leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
