We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Procurement and Safety Coordinator to join our team. This dual role position is designed for a professional with expertise in both procurement processes and safety management. The ideal candidate will ensure that all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies, while also developing and implementing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Procurement :
- Sourcing for Parts : Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure the best value for the company.
- Receiving Parts : Oversee the arrival of shipments and ensure the integrity of the received goods.
- Order Processing : Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations. Coordinate with various departments to forecast needs and manage stock levels effectively.
- Compliance : Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Maintain accurate and organized procurement records.
- Cost Control : Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
