We are looking for a Technical Account Manager - Demand to join our dynamic team. This role bridges the gap between business and technology, working closely with demand-side clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integrations, campaign performance, and client success. The ideal candidate has a strong background in programmatic advertising, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of ad tech platforms.
What You Will Do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for demand-side partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to programmatic campaigns, APIs, and platform integrations
- Collaborate with account managers, product teams, and engineering to provide technical solutions that align with client needs
- Conduct platform training and best practice sessions for clients to optimize performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign delivery, performance, and discrepancies, proactively addressing issues to ensure successful outcomes
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales efforts, including technical demonstrations and integration consultations
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in programmatic advertising to provide thought leadership to clients
- Document technical workflows, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to enhance internal and external knowledge sharing

Internet allowance
The OTE salary range for this position is USD 90-110K OTE per annum. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
