Where You Come In

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager - Demand to join our dynamic team. This role bridges the gap between business and technology, working closely with demand-side clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integrations, campaign performance, and client success. The ideal candidate has a strong background in programmatic advertising, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of ad tech platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for demand-side partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to programmatic campaigns, APIs, and platform integrations
  • Collaborate with account managers, product teams, and engineering to provide technical solutions that align with client needs
  • Conduct platform training and best practice sessions for clients to optimize performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign delivery, performance, and discrepancies, proactively addressing issues to ensure successful outcomes
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales efforts, including technical demonstrations and integration consultations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in programmatic advertising to provide thought leadership to clients
  • Document technical workflows, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to enhance internal and external knowledge sharing

What You Will Bring

  • 3 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or a related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of RTB (Real-Time Bidding), DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic ecosystem.
  • Experience with APIs, ad tags, VAST / VPAID, OpenRTB, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly explanations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mentality.
  • Experience working with international teams and global partners is a plus.

  • The OTE salary range for this position is USD 90-110K OTE per annum. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
