Setup & Training Coordinator
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the machine delivery calendar while working with the Director of Operations, Sales Coordinator, and Production Manager.
- Manage and coordinate all logistics to and from customer locations which includes driving to the location, booking flights, booking hotels, etc.
- Identify and resolve any and all issues related to the machine at the customer's location.
- Train the customer and their operators on the different profiles, sheet metal hems, trim, etc.
- Update company (Customer Service Representative) on any issues found on machines during setup and training.
- Spend time on the line in fine tuning, cross training in service, and / or helping the service techs on the phones when not at a customer's location.
- Perform other duties as requested.

Preferred Skills :
Pay : $30-$40 / hr.
Travel : 75%
Direct Report : Director of Product Benefits : Health Insurance, 401K, incentive bonuses, and yearly profit-sharing bonus contingent on profit %.
Salary : $30 - $40
