About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to drive the development and optimization of tankless water heater technology. In this role, you will lead project execution from concept to completion, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and quality in design, manufacturing, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project development for tankless water heaters, focusing on mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and product optimization.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and objectives using structured project management methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing-to define project scope and specifications.
Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with engineering principles, industry standards, and customer requirements.
Analyze and refine product designs to improve performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Identify and resolve technical challenges related to combustion systems, heat transfer, and materials.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to track project progress and milestones.
Evaluate and recommend innovative design solutions for next-generation water heating technology.
Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians within the team.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
3 years of experience in product development, project engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
Industry experience in tankless water heater design, gas combustion burners, or HVAC systems is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in engineering software (CAD, simulation tools, etc.) and MS Office.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, scientific reports, and compliance documentation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and senior management.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
