A well-established manufacturing company in Decatur, Alabama, is seeking a skilled and motivated Turret Lead to guide daily operations in the turret and laser fabrication area. This is a full-time, first-shift position running Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay based on experience, typically in the low to mid $20s per hour. Candidates must be available to work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
As the Turret Lead, you will serve as the primary point of communication between operations leadership and the turret and laser machine operators.
