Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, the Associate Product Owner will play a critical role in supporting the Product Management team in the development and enhancement of our products. You will play a key role in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets customer needs and business objectives.
What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives
- Product Vision & Strategy : Assist the Product Owner in defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Ensure alignment between the product backlog and business goals.
- Requirements Gathering : Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring they are effectively communicated and documented.
- User Story Development : Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with development teams for strong alignment on requirements.
- Meeting Participation : Actively participate in key meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to maintain project momentum and address any blockers.
- Product Performance Monitoring : Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to suggest and implement improvements for continuous product enhancement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive product development efforts. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
- Market Analysis : Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product decisions. Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and threats.
