Job Description
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and machinery. They perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment to ensure it is in good working order. They also troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and machinery, and perform repairs as needed.

Ability to travel periodically to other out-of-state facilities
Hours
Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm,
Overtime, as needed
Occasional Saturday and/or Sunday

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, and perform repairs as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Assist with the installation of new equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and machinery
- Ability to perform repairs on equipment and machinery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to Obtain Chauffeur License and Medical Card
- Strong work ethic
- Detail oriented
- Ability to operate scissor lift and hi lo
- Team player
