What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paramedic position at Vesper Medical Transport?

Vesper Medical Transport is seeking a Paramedic to join our team in Hagerstown, MD . This is a full-time position that will work on a 24-hour on / 72-hour off rotation.

Package

This is an hourly role $30- $34 per hour.
Pre-Employment Package of up to $2,500.
Full-Time benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)
Additional education & training if desired

Qualifications

Possess an MD Paramedic License.

Active certification and registration as a Paramedic with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)

Current license as a Paramedic or Critical Care Paramedic with the State of Maryland

Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications or willingness to receive PALS in first 30 days.

A minimum of two (two) years' experience as a Paramedic.

Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

Ability to make patient care decisions quickly and appropriately.

Ability to work with limited supervision.
