Work Environment

Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests promptly, providing them with accurate information about our facilities and services.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
- Sell guest rooms, food & beverage outlets, and seasonal hotel promotions, always maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Manage cash banks, reconcile charges and cash received during shift, and promote Marriott Rewards Program to guests.
- Process mail, messages, faxes, and packages, while holding pre-shift meetings with staff to ensure everyone is aware of their responsibilities.
- Ensure correct staffing during peak periods and high occupancy, communicating daily with department managers and MOD to maintain consistency and share important information.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, reward, discipline, and document associate performance, addressing associate complaints and resolving problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards.
- Adhere to attendance and reliability standards, following all additional duties assigned by management.
- Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team, striving to improve standards of operations.
