Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to standard recipes while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to engage with customers and manage time effectively will ensure a lively atmosphere in our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate the POS system, including Aloha POS, to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning equipment.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Assist with banquet services as needed, including setup and breakdown of events.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently while adhering to basic math principles.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within a nightclub or hospitality setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems, particularly Aloha POS.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
