Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Knowledge of ATVs and Side by Side vehicles is a plus, enabling you to provide specialized support to our customers who are enthusiasts or require assistance with these products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of ATVs and Side by Side vehicles to assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and recommendations.
- Order Processing: Handle order placements, modifications, cancellations, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to higher levels when necessary.
- Technical Support: Provide basic technical support for ATVs and Side by Side vehicles, guiding customers through common issues and maintenance tips.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Technical Support, and Shipping, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing information on products, availability, and special promotions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge: Understanding of ATVs, Side by Side vehicles, or similar products is a significant advantage.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with learning and using new software and tools.
