Beautifully designed, brilliantly engineered, sustainable, and built with health in mind, the V1 makes high-quality housing accessible to all.
The Role
Vessel is growing fast, and we’re looking for a world-class Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is not a traditional support role—it’s a strategic partnership. You’ll be the CEO’s most trusted collaborator, managing priorities, driving follow-through, and keeping the most important initiatives moving forward.
You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO in high-stakes meetings, coordinate across teams and stakeholders, and operate with the foresight, judgment, and clarity of a true partner. This role demands excellence, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift—and impact is measured in moments.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the CEO’s calendar with precision—ensuring time aligns with top priorities
- Join key meetings, prepare briefings in advance, and drive follow-up to completion
- Review and refine documents—including decks, contracts, and memos—before they reach the CEO
- Provide real-time visibility into what’s ahead, what’s urgent, and what needs attention
- Anticipate needs, remove friction, and create space for the CEO to focus on what matters most
- Manage logistics for meetings, events, and travel with seamless execution
- Serve as a clear and confident point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Stay available and flexible—this role occasionally requires after-hours support
Who You Are
- 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Meticulous, fast, and unflappable—with a bias for clarity and action
- Operate with discretion and sound judgment; trusted to handle sensitive information with care
- Highly organized, deeply reliable, and self-directed—you don’t wait to be asked
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with a natural executive presence
- Able to see around corners, connect dots, and anticipate what’s needed before it’s requested
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, energized by solving problems in real time
- Bachelor’s degree required
Benefits
- Competitive compensation with performance bonus
- Comprehensive health coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision), plus HSA/FSA options
- Life, disability, and critical illness insurance
- Employee assistance resources and financial wellness support
- Team events, social gatherings, and a culture of inclusion
- Commuter benefits
