Lawn Maintenance Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance. Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance.
• Conduct groundskeeping tasks such as planting, watering, and fertilizing plants and trees.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks including digging and planting.
• Inspect and maintain landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in tree care activities, including pruning and removal as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces by removing debris and litter.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects.
• Report any necessary repairs or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various gardening tools and equipment safely.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with tree care practices is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to maintenance tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
