The Marketing Coordinator will work to support the marketing and leasing efforts of the portfolio. The focus will be on executing on marketing strategies that attract new resident, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Essential Functions

- Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, social media).
- Advertising Coordination: Work with external vendors, such as photographers, designers, and printers, to produce marketing materials.
- Lead Generation: Monitor lead generation and optimize campaign strategies to improve conversion ratios.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, brochures, website updates, and resident communications.
- Market Research: Conduct research on local market trends, demographics, and competitors to support marketing strategies.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and posting relevant content, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Branding: Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand and messaging standards, maintaining a consistent look and feel.
- Leasing Support: Work with Property Management and on-site teams to enhance sales techniques that drive leasing efforts and occupancy goals.
- Event Support: Assist in coordinating and promoting community events, resident activities, and leasing events.
- Other: Support and execute on additional duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Highly motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, string interpersonal skills and maintains a high level of energy.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a concentration in marketing or business strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience/ proven track record in similar function.
- Prior experience with Leasing apartments strongly preferred.
- Proficient in fair housing policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Property Management software, the Internet and Microsoft Office Products.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
