JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!

A groundskeeper focuses on maintaining and improving the appearance of our grounds and landscapes. A Groundskeeper is responsible for keeping the facilities and grounds clean and safe.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!

• Minor Maintenance repairs; changing of light bulbs, etc.
• Weeding, trimming, and mulching plants using gardening tools
• Picking up debris; changing trash bags in trash cans; keeping amenities neat and clean; and performing general cleanup of grounds and facilities including removal of dead limbs on ground 
• Pressure washing; removing dirt on sidewalks pavements and driveways
• Inspecting, cleaning, and repairing tools and equipment related to the assignment
• Maintain compactor/ and compactor area; ensuring it is clean and neat

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!

• In-depth understanding of grounds maintenance and upkeep needs
• Ability to maintain a clean and functional workspace
• Organization skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Operate power equipment; blower
• Operate a Golf Cart
• Lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Work in a variety of weather conditions

• This job operates outdoors, walk, stand, bend, stretch, push, pull, climb ladders, or kneel for prolonged periods.
