JOB SUMMARY : Your Flight Plan!
Camp counselors will supervise camp activities of children in residential summer / day camps. Counselors will organize group activities, trips, and greet campers.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES : Ready to Fly!
- Maintain a safe workplace and ensure the safety of all campers.
- Lead group activities.
- Create a fun and inviting space for all campers.
- Create daily activities for campers.
- Ensure inclusion of all campers in daily activities.
- Provide parents and guardians with feedback as needed.
- Respond to any behavioral situations.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
