Summary / Objective :
This position is responsible for creating, developing and implementing the overall strategic marketing direction in order to meet corporate business and marketing objectives for a mix-use retail center located in downtown Salt Lake City.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute annual marketing plan(s) which strategically impact core objectives
- Research sales and traffic trends routinely and address major changes in market
- Follow corporate policies and procedures for all programs / promotions
- Implement all programs and events professionally and timely including fulfillment and execution
- Measure overall impact of local programs on traffic and sales
- Implement advertising campaign, upholding and maintaining the brand strategy
- Negotiate promotional agreements and media added value
- Maximize promotional dollars through trade-outs
