What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tenant Coordinator position at Vestar?

RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of Tenant related predevelopment, design and construction activities with the following defined job responsibilities:
LEASE ADMINISTRATION. SHOPS, MAJORS AND PADS:
- Abstract leases and track critical dates and Landlord delivery obligations.
- Schedule and distribute Official Notices (Delivery, Turnover, Default, etc.).
- Process Tenant Allowances and distribute Closeout Documents.
- Facilitate Pre-Construction Meetings with Tenant.
- Distribute Landlord shell and site plans for Tenants’ use in designs.
- Negotiate “Tenant Approval Packages” (elevations, building and site layout, hardscape/landscape, etc.) (Anchors/Majors/Shops/Pads).
- Coordination/distribution of Tenant/Pad prototype plans.
- Coordinate Landlord approval of Tenants’ Contract Documents in accordance with project Design Guidelines.
- Liaison to Tenants’ Design/Planning counterparts (Anchors/Majors/Shops/Pads).
PLANNING/CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION. SHOPS, MAJORS AND PADS:
- Facilitate Pad turnovers.
- Facilitate Pre-Construction Meetings with Tenants and property management.
- Address any field coordination issues.
- Facilitate Turnover walk-thrus and monitor Punch List completion.
- Monitor and track Tenant permitting and Construction activity.
- Monitor the timely receipt and completeness of building utility service permits, Tenant Improvement utility permits, etc. to facilitate construction continuity and maintain project schedules.
- Track tenant progress regarding permits and utility companies
- Review existing asbuilts and coordinate with new tenants (preferred)
SIGNAGE ADMINISTRATION:
- Distribute Sign Plans and process Tenant sign submittals (Shops/Pads).
- Review and process Tenant signage in accordance with property guidelines (Anchors/Reverse Build Majors/Shops/Pads).
- Coordinate and maintain Site Signage Programs.
