The Capacity Planning Specialist is essential to setting and implementing the service labor budget across North America, working in conjunction with various levels of internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Capacity Planning : Prepare annual and quarterly capacity plans for the North American Service business in collaboration with planners, service managers, and finance.
- Strategic Advising : Advise senior management on strategies to execute turbine maintenance activities, hire and train the necessary technician skill sets, and meet cost goals.
- Reporting : Report on budget vs. actuals and forecast hours worked and technicians employed to global and regional stakeholders in North America.
Key Tasks :
Establish and implement best practices for the planning organization's medium- and long-term planning processes.
