A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this position you’ll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. During a typical day, you will work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements of weather. At this site near Delta, MS, you will typically have shifts 5 days a week at 8-10 hours a day, with on-call and overtime as well. The team size here is 5 technicians servicing 40 turbines. MORE ABOUT YOU

✓ You will need a safety-focused mindset

✓ Your positive attitude will contribute to your ability to work in a team environment, while being motivated and taking initiative in daily tasks

✓ You will bring at least 5 yrs of extensive work on Vestas other O&M turbine models/platforms. Tech 3 qualifications and LOTO 3 preferred
✓ You have performed mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repair work pertaining to main component replacements such as gearboxes, main bearings, generators, transformers, and blades in the wind industry
