Wind Turbine Technician II -
Cheyenne Ridge II, CO – 30 min West of Burlington, CO
If you have Basic Safety Training, Basic Technical Training and Advanced Rescue Training Global Wind Organization (GWO) certifications, we will offer you $2,500 bonus as a token of your skills and expertise that you bring to Vestas.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this position you’ll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. During a typical day, you will work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements of weather. At this site near Burlington, CO, you will typically have shifts 4 days a week at 10-12 hours a day, with guaranteed overtime opportunities! You also will have an on-call rotation schedule for off-work hours or weekends. The team here normally works in teams of 2-3 and typically will climb 1-2 turbines a day.

You can identify solutions to issues with process of elimination✓
You will bring at least a year of wind experience, a wind certificate with experience in a heavy industrial background, or 2-3 years of relevant experience in electrical or mechanical work

Target Pay Range:$ 24 to $30
