JOB DUTIES:

• Ensure daily maintenance of tennis courts.
• Waters, rolls, drags surface, and sweeps lines of clay courts.
• Blows sidewalks, empties trash from court and facility receptacles.
• Maintains court coolers, ice chest and tennis shoe cleaners
• Blows debris and dust from surface of hard courts
• Keep equipment shed neat and orderly.
• Keeps court tapes, nets, fences, and gates in good condition.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of major equipment (golf cart, roller, blower) as directed by Tennis Pro.
• Communicate material / equipment needs to Pro in a timely manner.
• Communicate court conditions to Tennis Manager and / or front desk.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by your supervisor.
• Assists in special events and tournament organization as assigned.
• Regular and prompt attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Experience in the Sport of Tennis preferred by not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required as well as proper phone etiquette, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
• Interact professionally with other employees, members, and guests.
• Social media savvy, extremely helpful

Physical Requirements

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
• Must be able to lift push and pull up to 30 lbs without restrictions
• Must be available for emergency and scheduled work requirements on evenings, weekends or holidays

Compensation/Pay Scale

• Based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
