We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Label Machine Operator to join our team for the 2nd shift (6pm - 6am) at our facility in New Century, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining label application equipment to ensure high-quality product labeling.

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Label Machine Operator to join our team for the 2nd shift (6pm - 6am) at our facility in New Century, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining label application equipment to ensure high-quality product labeling.
- Set up, operate, and monitor label application machines for various products
- Ensure accurate and consistent label placement on products
- Perform quality checks to maintain labeling standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
- Clean and maintain label machines and work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance
- Assist in inventory management of labeling materials
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers regarding production status and any issues
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience operating label machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work night shift hours (6pm - 6am)
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills to address minor equipment issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification preferred
- Familiarity with label application techniques and materials a plus
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes beneficial
- Understanding of manufacturing safety standards
