The Vested Graduate program is a six-month fast-track program within our agency providing hands-on experience working with client and account teams across paid, owned and social media channels. Vested Graduate Associates become integrally involved in the day-to-day support of account activities, working collaboratively with all their team members to ensure their tasks are being completed on-time and to the Vested standard. Graduate Associates provide support on projects and the many core functions that help keep accounts running successfully.
- Grounding in the basics of PR, Marketing, Social Media Communications and Advertising
- Active client and new business development work

- Bloomberg Terminal training
- Macroeconomic learning opportunities with our Chief Economist, Milton Ezrati
- Administrative support to account teams providing support with project management and keeping track of deliverable deadlines
- Media monitoring, list building, trend spotting, conducting outreach and monitoring for coverage
- Supporting media relations efforts, including developing drafting pitches and long-form content
- Supporting the team by assisting with research and brainstorm sessions
- Building social media plans for clients
- Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate
- Developing ideas for integrated work and content across print, digital and social media
- Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence
- Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls
- A $5000 signing bonus

- Hours are Monday through Friday, starting at 9 am ET
- Program will run July through January
