What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Production Reporting position at Vestis Uniforms?
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES for Production Department:
- -Respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- -Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries.
- -Perform weekly inventories of production supplies throughout the plant.
- -Involved with all aspects of Plant Safety Programs.
- -Participate in all employee activities in relation to daily/monthly plant celebrations as a member of Facilities Employee Committee.
- -Understand the plant’s CLP vendor process.
- -Enter data in our PLS system for weekly pounds produced.
- -Entering and editing of all Kronos data for Production Department including daily tracking of attendance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- -Acute sense of urgency, excellent customer service skills and demeanor.
- -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- -Detail oriented
EDUCATION:
- -Business Administration – Customer Service

EXPERIENCE:
- -Candidate must have at least 1 year of general office experience, prior heavy data entry and experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation: The hourly rate that Vestis reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $21.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
