Position Overview :
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents while leading and mentoring our dedicated nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and training for nursing staff to foster professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
- Oversee clinical operations, including care plans, quality assurance, and infection control programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations, staff development programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery and resident outcomes.
- Address resident and family concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism.
