Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Essential Duties:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and repositioning.
- Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Follow infection control protocols and facility policies.
Required Skills:
- Current CNA certification in New York State (NYS).
