What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY (Required)
✔️ Previous DON, ADON, or Nurse Management experience in long-term care (preferred)
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Passion for resident care and creating a warm, home-like atmosphere
✔️ Ability to inspire and guide a dedicated team
