Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare setting. In this role, you will drive effective HR strategies, manage recruitment and employee relations, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to make a significant impact on our team and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent; manage full-cycle hiring, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to labor laws and healthcare regulations; update and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Benefits & Compensation: Oversee compensation programs and benefits administration, including health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
• Training & Development: Implement training programs to support staff development and career growth.
• HR Operations: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and manage HR software and systems efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, preferred
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings.
• Knowledge of HR practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
