- Position: Recruiter – Healthcare
- Shift: Full-Time, In-Office (occasional travel to job fairs & schools with travel compensation)
- Key Skills: Task-oriented, detail-focused, confident communicator, adept at engaging phone calls
- Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define healthcare recruitment needs
- Manage candidate communications from application to onboarding
- Conduct engaging phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Organize hiring events and job fairs to attract top healthcare talent
- Support diverse recruitment initiatives as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition
- Experience: In-house recruiting preferred; full-cycle recruitment experience essential
- Tools & Knowledge: Proficient communication, computer skills; willingness to follow up
