As An Intern, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Vestwell’s Marketing Team is responsible for brand management, positive brand value, market distribution, customer relations and sales strategies. Marketing focuses on the fundamental practices of identifying customers, researching their needs and preferences, and analyzing factors that influence their purchasing decisions to give us a competitive edge.

We’re a growth stage startup with lots of exciting milestones ahead. OUR PROCESS
It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1 - 2 conversations about Vestwell, your experience, and your interests. Next steps can vary by role, but the usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an Engineer, a portfolio review for a Designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in-person interview panel after that if the screens go well. Before making an offer, our interview process concludes with a references check stage for your recruiter to meet with a current or former supervisor and peer. We prioritize transparency and lack of surprise throughout the process.

Vestwell 2025 Internship Program

As An Intern, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Gain exposure to all of Vestwell’s product service lines that power our retirement savings platform
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from various teams across the organization
- Showcase your work through a comprehensive portfolio of your final project
- Receive ongoing mentorship and guidance through regular check-ins with your assigned manager and mentor
- The majority of Vestwell’s interns will be based in our NYC office, with additional opportunities in our King of Prussia and Austin offices. Interns located within commuting distance of these offices will be expected to follow our hybrid policy, working in the office 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday).
- This is a 10-week intensive program, running from June 2 to August 8, 2025.
