Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using applicant tracking systems such as Lever or ADP.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that reflect those needs.
- Perform research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or recruiting, preferably in a technical recruiting environment.
- Familiarity with Kronos or similar HR management systems is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to connect with diverse candidates.
- Excellent interviewing skills with a keen eye for identifying top talent.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for both candidates and the organization.
- Experience using social media platforms for recruitment purposes is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to research and staying updated on industry trends related to talent acquisition.
