The Opportunity :
As the Creative Director at VeSync, you will define and execute the creative vision, ensuring a strong, cohesive identity across all channels. With a focus on big-picture leadership, you will direct projects by utilizing Creative Services resources and collaborating with functional department managers. Your role is to craft compelling storytelling, help develop impactful marketing campaigns, and create engaging digital experiences that strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty. You will implement creative strategies that align with brand identity and business objectives to increase engagement and brand awareness.
What you will do at VeSync :
- Develop and implement the creative vision for projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
- Guide the Art Director and Creative Services team to ensure creative alignment and execution.
- Lead creative projects using both Creative Services internal resources and external vendors.
- Oversee the development of creative assets for digital, social media, packaging, e-commerce, and traditional marketing channels.
- Craft compelling brand narratives that connect emotionally with the target audience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate brand messaging into product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize consumer insights and performance analytics to refine creative approaches for maximum impact.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all brand communications and creative materials.
- Deliver impactful creative solutions that enhance campaign performance and drive business results.
- Balance creative innovation with strategic business priorities to optimize engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and advancements in digital marketing and design.
What you bring to the role :
Location : This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.
Salary : $90,000 Annually
