The Opportunity :
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to manage our social media influencer program. You'll have the unique and exciting opportunity to build a program at scale for the Levoit and Cosori brand. This is an entrepreneurial role where you possess a deep understanding of the building blocks of creating and maintaining an ongoing, always-on creator program. The role will oversee both macro and micro / nano influencer programs and report to the Sr Social Media Manager.
What you will do at VeSync :
- Lead development of paid and organic influencer marketing strategies for new product launches, seasonal activities, and other business objectives while ensuring our brands remain top-of-mind
- Manage a full-scale influencer programs that meet brand and product marketing objectives and deliver content to target audience demographics
- Provide day-to-day oversight of influencer initiatives and monitor against agreed upon performance metrics
- Oversee influencer partnerships for key consumer and brand events, ensuring activations are effectively leveraged through creator collaborations
- Work alongside organic and paid social teams to ensure content and strategies are aligned with program efforts
- Develop content strategies for influencers and ensure that the output of content is in tandem with the brand's goals and objectives
- Manage program relationships with influencer agencies and drive accountability
- Stay on the cutting edge of trends and industry best practices and bring those learnings back to the organization to benefit and inform our strategy
- Develop monthly quantitative reporting and performance metrics and report results to program managers and company executives
- Prepare and distribute qualitative reports on the latest influencer industry trends and opportunities
