We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of medical receptionist experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping pets and their families. Veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.
- Ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date in the electronic medical system.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage daily transactions.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Provide education and support to clients regarding general pet care and hospital
- policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry, as needed.
- At least 1 year of medical receptionist experience is required.
- Veterinary experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic attitude toward pets and their owners.
