We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Veterinarian Sourcer to help us shape the future of veterinary recruiting. In this role, you’ll do more than fill roles—you’ll build a strategic sourcing engine that fuels our continued growth and supports the passionate professionals who care for pets every day.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top veterinary talent across the country
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Actively source passive candidates through resume databases, social media, networks, referrals, and events
- Build and maintain pipelines for evergreen and high-priority territories
- Analyze sourcing funnel and conversion metrics to improve outreach and engagement
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and represent the company at industry events
- Accurately post jobs across talent platforms and maintain strong job visibility
- Help shape and refine our sourcing systems and processes as we scale
- Mentor future team members and potentially take on direct reports as the team grows
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of sourcing experience, with a strong preference for healthcare or veterinary industries and leadership experience
- Proven track record of building pipelines for hard-to-fill or niche roles
- Passion for passive candidate outreach and relationship-building
- Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS/CRM systems)
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- A self-starter with a data-driven mindset and continuous improvement focus
- Interest or experience in leading others and contributing to a growing team
