Responsibilities
This position is responsible for :
- Participating in the day to day operations of a busy, successful, pet resort
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Working hands on with both the dogs and cats and ensuring their care is top notch
- Updating and maintaining a reservation database to ensure accuracy
- Upholding the Core Values of the Pittsfield Veterinary Hospital and Shaker Hill Pet Resort
- Experience working with animals is preferred, but not required . The willingness to learn and the desire to provide compassionate and gentle care to all pets in our resort
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
