About Annapolis Animal Hospital
- Our clinic offers a unique and welcoming environment, located in a charming residential area near the Navy Stadium. Our office space feels like home with natural lighting, cozy lounges, and a supportive, family-like atmosphere.
- We are well-equipped with Ultrasound, Digital X-rays, Dental X-rays, and IDEXX in-house lab equipment. We are upgrading to a new IDEXX x-ray machine and Sedivue in the coming months.
- We are a small, tight-knit team that fosters long-term relationships with our clients. Many have been with us for over 20 years and trust us to provide the best care for their pets.
- A supportive environment where mentorship is available for new graduates. While our team is small, we value collaboration and will pair you with experienced technicians to ensure a smooth transition.
- Flexible scheduling with the option for four 9-hour shifts (with rotating Saturdays) and no Sunday shifts. We aim for a healthy work-life balance with scheduled shifts of either 8am-5pm or 11am-8 pm.
- A 2-3 technician to doctor ratio, ensuring you have the support you need to focus on patient care.
- 10-12 appointments per day with scheduled surgery days for more in-depth procedures.
- A family-oriented practice with close relationships between staff, clients, and the community.
- An emphasis on work-life balance, ensuring our team members have the flexibility to balance their careers with their personal lives.
- No after-hours or on-call requirements, so you can enjoy your time off without interruptions.
- Opportunities to work with specialists through our access to a traveling internal medicine specialist.
