Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries efficiently and courteously. Manage client flow, ensuring a smooth and organized experience.
- Comfort and reassure distressed clients and their pets.
- Handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-up care, ensuring proper communication with clients.
- Process payments and issue invoices accurately.
- Manage record requests between other hospitals and specialty practices.
- Relay information effectively between clients, veterinarians, and other staff members.
