Country Veterinary Hospital is a three (3) doctor practice where you can develop as a professional. Our team enjoys a proper work-life balance and a supportive and friendly clinic culture. You will be the friendly face and voice of the clinic, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries efficiently and courteously. Manage client flow, ensuring a smooth and organized experience.
  • Comfort and reassure distressed clients and their pets.
  • Handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-up care, ensuring proper communication with clients.
  • Process payments and issue invoices accurately.
  • Manage record requests between other hospitals and specialty practices.
  • Relay information effectively between clients, veterinarians, and other staff members.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency , including experience with practice management software.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or veterinary field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
