Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards animals and their owners
- Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology is a plus, but not r equired
- Experience with office software and phone systems
