- Proficient ability in performing all administration skills of a clinic, including scheduling, financial transactions, reviewing medical records, handling multi-line phone systems, etc.
- Animal handling experience
- Proficient ability in maintaining a positive lobby and appointment flow
- Ability to function efficiently and multitask under pressure
