You will also be responsible for optimizing the use of technology to enhance operational efficiency and ensuring that the staff is well-organized, motivated, and highly productive. Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in a Dispatch supervisor role or equivalent position, showcasing strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Familiarity with Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical industry operations is highly advantageous, as it will enable you to better understand the complexities of the dispatch processes within these specialized fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Service Titan experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation: $50,000- $60,000/annually
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
