This position focuses on developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions to enhance business operations. Key contributions include customization, integration, and optimization of Salesforce workflows, supporting the organization's growth and business needs. The Salesforce Developer will also work on building scalable solutions, ensuring smooth data flows across systems, and continuously improving the Salesforce environment in alignment with business processes.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities but does require the employee to act as a mentor to new and current employees. Familiarity with company policy and people practices is critical in this role and will require timely escalation of concerns to ensure compliance with company policy and support of company culture.
Work Environment
The job will be based in the company’s Las Vegas headquarters. This position is expected to be an “in-office role” and will have limited situational opportunity to be a hybrid role after the successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. Role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Travel
Travel to out-of-state offsite training or meetings may be required and is estimated to be less than 5%.

Basic Function/Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning components.
- Create and optimize Apex code, Visualforce pages, and custom APIs for integration with third-party applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure Salesforce is optimized for business needs.
- Lead data migration efforts, including data imports, exports, and clean-up in Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce architecture, design, and processes.
- Implement solutions to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and automate repetitive tasks.
- Stay current with new Salesforce features and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure security protocols and compliance standards are met within the Salesforce environment.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues with Salesforce applications as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
- 2-4 years of Salesforce development experience required.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and declarative tools (e.g., Salesforce Flow).
- Experience with data modeling and management within Salesforce (e.g., custom objects, SOQL).
- Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of the Salesforce security model, including user roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
